The Wild Mushrooms, forest mixes containing more than 5 varieties of wild mushrooms*.The range of dry sausages we produce is the result of an artisanal production inspired by European know-how. Our organic sausages are less salty and contain no added nitrites or phosphates. Their texture is firmer and more fibrous than that of regular charcuterie. We have developed a special fermentation process to preserve the color of the meats, which can be frozen without altering the taste or texture.
